Bullet Heaven Perfection

There are games in every console that define the generation. R-Type is one of those games. While I play I cannot help but think of the hours my girlfriend and I would spend pouring into this game, just to 1-Up the other.

When it comes to side scroller shooters, R-Type is, and always will be, the king.
